Leonardtown Wildcats Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and families may need to withdraw their child from the Leonardtown Wildcats Football and Cheer program. The following refund policy outlines how and when registration fees may be refunded:
Refund Tiers
1. **Full Refund – Before Practice Starts**
- Families who withdraw **prior to the official start of practices** are eligible for a **full refund** of their registration fees.
2. **Partial Refund – After Practices Begin**
- Families who withdraw **after practices have started but before the first official game** will receive a **50% refund** of their registration fees.
3. **No Refund – After Games Begin**
- Once the **first official game** of the season has been played, no refunds will be issued.
Additional Information
- Refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks of receiving a written request.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Leonardtown Wildcats Board.
- Uniform and equipment fees may be non-refundable once items have been ordered or distributed.
- Exceptions to this policy will only be made under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the Board.
